2016 has seen a number of promotions and new appointments to the senior team at Concertus.

Sarah Cossey has been promoted from Associate Director – Business, to Executive Director – Finance and joins the Board, sitting alongside Managing Director, Andrew Rowe and Matthew Self who is Executive Director – Commercial.

There are also two new faces in the senior team with Colin Wright being appointed as Associate Director – Estates and Jonathan Burl taking up the newly created role of IT Manager.

A Member of the RICS and a Registered Valuer, Colin will be the overall strategic lead for the Estates team, developing the company’s professional property services offering. He brings with him a diverse range of experience in both the private and public sectors, more recently advising the Department of Communities and Local Government on policy development.

As IT Manager, Jonathan Burl will be responsible for ensuring that the technology infrastructure at Concertus is robust, to meet the needs of a busy multi-disciplined consultancy practice which often requires bespoke systems and processes to enable it to work better and more efficiently.

Finally, to fulfil one of the business’ key strategic objectives - to maintain and develop its reputation for excellence in client service and project outputs - David Osborne has taken on the additional remit of Client Relationship Manager. In conjunction with his role as Head of Project Management, over the next few months, David will be engaging with all stakeholders with a focus on gaining a better understanding of the needs of clients. He will also be working with his team to strengthen and enhance client relationships, with the ultimate aim of improving the performance of project delivery.
