Concertus has won a major contract to work as the Broads Authority Framework Consultant.
The firm is providing the Broads Authority, which is responsible for conservation, planning, recreation and waterways across Norfolk and Suffolk, with key services including Estates Surveying, Building Surveying and Building Services Engineering from May 2016. The organisation selected Concertus based on factors including quality, value and the firm’s impressive track record in consultancy.
Andrew Rowe, Managing Director of Concertus, commented: “Naturally, we are very proud to be the chosen framework consultant for the Broads Authority. The process was very competitive, yet we demonstrated that we could work closely with a client to provide what is required of this long-term, collaborative framework.”
Some of Concertus’ first projects include supporting the Broads Authority in negotiations of new moorings in Norwich and Great Yarmouth, and carrying out condition surveys of all property owned by the organisation in the region.
