The Concertus Project Management Team supports business transformation for our clients.

We provide services for a diverse range of projects from inception through to completion and beyond, working collaboratively firstly to help identify and then to deliver clients’ requirements within scope, on time, on budget and to an excellent standard of quality.  Our aim is to ease our clients’ paths towards the realisation of their vision.

With a large team of project managers and a diverse skill set, Concertus is involved across a wide range of sectors including Education (Early Years, Primary, Secondary, SEN, and Further Education), Waste, Blue Light Services, Coroner’s Service, Local Government, Commercial, Charities, Childrens’ Homes, Mixed Use developments, Public Sector Hubs…….  We deliver new build projects large and small (up to about £30mn), major and minor refurbishments, demolitions, property reviews and move management.

Projects vary considerably in size, type and complexity and our project managers are both technically and professionally proficient with a range of qualifications across the team including Prince2 Practitioner, Agile, RICS Construction Project Management, alongside various architectural and quantity surveying qualifications.  This technical ‘know-how’ together with their confidence, knowledge and experience, means that our project managers can manage the procurement of complex teams for design and construction and control the issues and challenges of delivering projects using best practice and industry recognised methods or techniques to provide an excellent service resulting in successful projects.
