Concertus is riding high with the news that it has been accredited as an Investor in People organisation, achieving Silver Award Level.
The news was announced last week (19 July 2017) and follows a period of rigorous assessment which involved participation from all members of the team, and sought to establish that the company has a methodology and a framework which reflects the very latest workplace trends, as well as the essential skills and effective structures required to outperform in any industry.
Investors in People made particular mention of Concertus “vibrant and engaging culture that all staff believe is a key to their enjoyment and success”
Since 1991, Investors in People has set the standard for better people management and today around 14,000 organisations hold the accreditation internationally. The Standard defines what it takes to lead, support and manage people well for sustainable results.
Andrew Rowe, Managing Director at Concertus commented: “I would like to thank the team for their support and contribution; without them we wouldn’t have achieved this great result. Concertus has now shown that by meeting the Investors in People Standard, we can be confident we’re amongst the very best, when it comes to people management.”
