COVID-19 UPDATE: MARCH 2020

23.03.2020 – Update

Given the pace of change of the Covid-19 situation we would like to provide all of our clients, contractors and supply chain with an update on the measures that Concertus are taking to protect everyone that we work with.

Having listened intently to Government and Public Health England guidance throughout the weekend, we have today closed our office and have asked all our employees to work from home until further notice. This decision has been made to avoid unnecessary travel and to limit their exposure to crowded places.

We are doing all we can to allow all our employees to play their part in helping to suppress the virus by trying where we can to “break the chains of transmission”.

Since our previous update we have been implementing agile working and further investing in our support for those working from home which is working effectively. We have in-house expertise in setting up and using systems which facilitate virtual meetings and are happy to provide a quick guide or support for clients and those we work with who may not be familiar with these platforms. 18.03.2020 – Update

To date, no one in our office has been directly affected by Coronavirus. We are continuing to monitor closely the rapidly changing situation and following the latest Government and Public Health England guidance.

The health, safety and wellbeing of our people is of our utmost importance, as is our ability to work effectively for our clients, contractors and supply chain. As a business we are working hard to ensure we are in a strong position to continue delivering exceptional service through a robust business continuity plan and proven business resilience. This includes ensuring all those involved in delivering professional services and those who support them are able to work remotely when needed.

As part of the proactive steps we are taking to ensure the wellbeing of our colleagues and those who would frequently visit the office, we are now closing our office to visitors to minimise risk and limit the amount of unnecessary interaction, following the Government’s advice.

Should our office need to close completely, or individuals choose to self-isolate, they will be able to work from home and can be contacted by phone and email in the usual way, providing an uninterrupted service.

We will of course contact you personally if any adjustments need to be made to timings of the delivery of any work, or where work may be required to be allocated to other members of the team. The strength and depth of skills in all of our teams enables us to allocate resources to ensure minimal impact on our projects.

If our plans change in future to reflect new guidance, this webpage will be updated. We will also contact you individually if we need to change arrangements to any meetings or events you are expecting to attend.
