To support their continued growth, Concertus Design & Property Consultants, has announced that they will be moving to a new home during 2017.
The consultancy, which currently works from Endeavour House in Ipswich and employs just over a 100 people, is entering its fourth year of business and is rapidly expanding, so it needs more space to meet the growth in its workload.
Although Concertus works on projects throughout the eastern region, it wanted to stay true to its roots as an Ipswich business and this has been a pivotal part of the decision about where the company should base its operations. Therefore, it comes as no surprise that the business is taking on the project of renovating a local Ipswich office on Friars Bridge Road to make it their own.
“One of our strengths as an integrated multi-disciplined consultancy, is that we all work under one roof. This works for us and more importantly our clients, therefore, it wasn’t something we wanted to change,” explained Andrew Rowe, Managing Director.
“It seemed natural to continue our ‘all under one roof’ ethos, so moving the whole office from one floor plate, to a dedicated building over three floors, giving us further future potential to expand and grow made sense. We want our teams to work in an environment that inspires them and makes them feel like one big team.”
If everything goes to plan, the move will be completed this year, with no interruption to its services. “This is what Concertus is good at and we have been managing projects like this for years for our clients, so it will be great to complete just as good a job for ourselves.” Andrew concluded.
