The Architecture team have wide ranging experience centred upon design excellence. They work collaboratively with colleagues in all disciplines to provide considered solutions, enabling them to achieve best value and design quality. This results in the formation of a team that works in harmony to deliver above and beyond the objectives of your project.

The team can establish the viability of projects and explore several possible options by undertaking feasibility studies and option appraisals. These will help to develop fully the project brief in the early stages of our discussion.
We are BIM Level 2 accredited and keen advocates of Building Information Modelling. BIM is a key process in the way we deliver projects, enabling clash detection and data verification.
We are committed to the implementation of BIM and fully support collaborative working to achieve efficiently designed and managed projects. Our Architects will work with clients and the wider project team to achieve the benefits of an integrated BIM project.
Our team have an extensive knowledge of building regulations. We can help you obtain approval for your project by providing advice or completing building regulation applications for proposed works.
We can provide advice to develop a strong framework for your project. Our Architecture team will work closely with you to establish your aspirations. Once we gain a full understanding of the objectives, drivers, and challenges of your project, we can articulate your needs and help to develop the business case.
We can handle the contract administration for a project, ensuring the high-quality management of schemes from start to completion.
We have a successful track record in being responsible for the architectural design elements for Design and Build projects. Working with contractors, our team develops the design and specification to ensure compliance with the employer’s requirements, and best value.
Where long-term strategies or expertise in urban design are required, we will work with you to devise a clear structure for the detailed design of large-scale developments.
If planning permission is required, we can advise clients, create detailed designs and support pre-planning consultation.
Our team can provide planning advice, design information and visuals. We can also obtain specialist support for all surveys and reports required for planning applications.
Either as a stand-alone service or as part of a multi-disciplinary project, a comprehensive set of drawings and accurate production information are integral to the success of a construction project. Working in a BIM environment, combining plans, specifications, and detailed information, our team can develop and produce comprehensive sets of co-ordinated information.
Our team includes skilled designers who can generate realistic graphical images of projects using a range of visualisation techniques, including static images and flythroughs, for the immersive VR experience.
