Concertus Commit to the Development of New Trainees

Concertus will be sponsoring 25 trainees (including 3 apprentices) through their academic studies in 2019. Theo Warren, Hiba Nadim and Dylan Compton (pictured left to right above) are the latest trainees to join our team.

The continual growth and development of young employees is seen as a priority by Concertus. We are keen to provide an opportunity for young people to experience the workplace. In 2019, 15 work experience placements have been offered to students from over 8 schools.

Joshua Bayford enjoyed his work experience placement with Concertus so much in 2016 that he returned in 2018 and again this year! When he was asked about his time with the company, he commented: “I have absolutely loved my time with Concertus – everything has been brilliant! My training and development needs were met to the highest standard and the work has been very rewarding. I was accepted into the team straight away and felt ecstatic about every day.” Concertus would like to help Joshua fulfil his potential and have offered him an apprenticeship. In addition to supporting Joshua through university, Concertus will provide him with a part-time job to develop his experience and enable his journey to become an Architect.
