Last year introduced many new challenges for everyone. During these difficult times, we continued to work collaboratively to adapt our approach and ensure our new ways of working were successful for both colleagues and clients. Despite the pressures presented to us, our teams made sure an exceptional and uninterrupted service was still delivered.
Each employee has played a key role in taking the business forward during this period. To support our growth and continuous improvement in the delivery of our services, we believe in the need to invest continually in the development of our people and their teams. In 2020 we reached another key milestone in our growth strategy when we started our joint venture with Derbyshire County Council. As we continue to grow, our family culture remains strong.
This month will see changes being implemented to support our future plans for growth. New leadership and team structures will enable us to meet our clients’ needs whilst geographically diversifying our client base, framework agreements and project reach.
