He said: “I am excited to start the next chapter of my career. After speaking with the Concertus leadership team I bought into the journey and the vision of the business and felt it was a positive step for me to take. The joint venture between Concertus and Derbyshire County Council is an interesting prospect and one that has built real momentum over the last year. I look forward to developing this relationship further and working on initiatives that will be a real benefit to the Council, joint venture, and communities in the East Midlands.”

Matthew Self, Managing Director at Concertus Design & Property Consultants, said: “Tom has had an impressive career to date, playing vital roles in not just multi-million-pound projects, but in launching specific service offerings that have drastically improved what businesses can offer their clients. Now, Concertus are currently seeing our brand and reputation on a massive upward trajectory in the region and are about to take important next steps in our East Midlands journey. We are excited to have Tom with us and for him to further improve what we as a company can offer across Derbyshire, Nottinghamshire and beyond.”
